Ley”), its regulations and the
Privacy Notice Guidelines, makes available to you the present
Privacy Notice (the”
Notice”).
This notice is linked to personal data collected as a result of the provision of services by
TPS to users of the website
www.trustpeople.company and which are described in our terms and conditions of use of the site, which are available on the site (the”
Services”).
We would like to point out that the

Your personal data is very important to us and will be treated based on the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in terms of applicable legislation and will be used only for the purposes listed below.
Purposes of the treatment: The personal data we collect from you will be used to (i) include you in our user database, (ii) send you quotes for the services provided by
TPS, (iii) to notify you of promotions that may be of interest to you, (iv) to contact you with other users of the site, and (v) to, if appropriate, issue the corresponding tax receipt. Additionally, we will use your data to send you our newsletter and for issues of business intelligence, product design, monitoring of our services and quality control. On the use of data obtained from Facebook Ads, Facebook Leads, LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn LeadsTPS campaigns: you will never share user data generated through this type of advertising with third parties or service providers. The data provided by users in these advertisements is for internal and exclusive use of
TPS and will be used by
TPS to offer the user solutions for specialized recruitment, training and commercial and business consulting, as long as the user allows us to do so and accepts the terms described here.
Personal data that we use: To carry out the purposes described in this Notice, we will use the following personal data of which you are the owner: full name, email, address, home phone, office telephone, cell phone, username and personal password if you are a candidate.
Credit or debit card: card number, name indicated on the card, institution that issued the card, card expiration date, security code.
Billing Information: Federal Taxpayer Registry, tax address. We inform you that
TPS it does not collect sensitive data as a result of its services.
TPS transfers: will transmit your information to (i) its subsidiaries, subsidiaries, partners or other companies in our same corporate group, and (ii) the authorities if requested in terms of applicable legislation.
Confidentiality and security measures:The confidentiality and protection of your personal data is a priority for
TPS, which is why we have established and maintain technical, physical and administrative security measures. Our security measures include keyed access to servers and platforms, multiple layers of access, and one-way password encryption. This is to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction and improper use, access or disclosure.
ARCO Rights: You, as the owner of your personal data, have the right to (i) access your personal data in the possession of
TPS and know the details of their processing, (ii) rectify them if they are out of date, inaccurate or incomplete, (iii) cancel them when you consider that they are not being used in accordance with the applicable principles, duties and obligations, or (iv) object to their processing for specific purposes. These rights are known as the”
ARCO Rights”.
Exercise of ARCO Rights: If the exercise of
ARCO Rights if made in writing, the request must be submitted to our address addressed to the attention of the personal data protection officer identified in this notice, accompanied by the following information and documentation: identification data of the owner of the personal data and/or their legal representative. In the event that the request is submitted through a legal representative, a copy of the document must be accompanied by a copy of the document with which this character is accredited. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise the
ARCO Rights, as well as the right or rights you wish to exercise. The application must be signed at the end of the letter and signed at the bottom of each of the sheets. Address to hear and receive the answer from

OPTIONS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA: You, as the owner of your personal data, can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the procedure set out in the “Exercise of ARCO Rights” section, on the understanding that once your request is available to TPS, we will issue our response within no more than 5 (five) business days.
USE OF COOKIES, WEB BEACONS AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES: You are aware that TPS does not use remote or local electronic, optical or other communication mechanisms that allow us to collect personal data.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE: At any time TPS may make modifications, changes and/or updates to this Notice that are necessary to comply with applicable legal provisions, our privacy practices, or for other reasons, which we will make known to you by publishing them on our website www.trustpeople.company. The Notice will include the date of the last version of the Notice.
CONSENT: By providing us with your personal data, you expressly acknowledge and accept this Notice, so that consent gives us the power to process them in the manner indicated in this Notice and in strict accordance with it, the Law, its Regulations and other applicable legislation.
